Product update for existing customers
One video per release in the changelog, the customer mail and the help centre.

What's new
Release notes get skimmed; videos get watched. A what's new video shows only what your changelog or release notes name as new: every change in its own scene, where it lives in your interface.
Hook: what is new
Two to five changes, one scene each
Each scene backed by an entry from the release notes
Optional: where to find all changes
One video per release in the changelog, the customer mail and the help centre.
The team sends the update video instead of explaining every change one by one.
Your changelog enters the knowledge base as a website source (40 credits per run) or through a changelog page in your app. Before each release you reprocess the source.
Every change scene cites an entry from the release notes. Without such entries the video cannot be created; the check rejects scenes without evidence.
The video shows the feature on its page, not the changelog. Changes that cannot be shown on any page are left out.
No. The source with the release notes is reprocessed; the app itself only where new pages are to be shown.
Klickdemo recognises release notes by the page title or address (such as "changelog", "release notes", "what's new", "updates") or by the classification the agent makes while reading. If Klickdemo finds no release notes, the app tells you when you create the video, before any credits are charged.
