A price per minute, not per head

Credentials are stored AES-256-GCM encrypted, decrypted only for the recording agent and never reach the AI model. Application and database run on a server in Germany, videos and files are stored in the EU. We currently use the language models through Anthropic's Claude API in the USA; once Google Cloud Vertex AI is approved, primarily there in the EU. Your content is not used for training on either route. You sign a data processing agreement in your account, and the sub-processors are public.

For web apps with a login, yes: a test account with sample data, no real customer data, because the model sees screenshots as the account looks. Public websites and Excel files need no account. The free teaser plan deliberately accepts no credentials and is limited to websites and Excel files.

Yes. For every project you can add extra sources: public websites such as a help centre or release notes (40 credits per run), documents such as PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Markdown or text (5 credits per started 10 pages) and notes, which cost nothing. Klickdemo analyses documents without AI first; you see the page count and credits before anything is processed. A source that fails costs nothing.

More than 40 languages, from German, English, French and Spanish to Japanese, Hindi or Arabic. Every language is a complete re-recording with its own voice and, if your product can switch languages and the switch is set up in the project, with the matching interface. No still images with subtitles are used as filler. The website and the app themselves are available in German and English.

No. Every recording stores picture and narration separately. "Voice only" regenerates the narration with a different voice, rate or corrected pronunciation (10 credits per minute); "re-render only" changes captions, cards, music or brand and keeps the narration (5 credits per minute). If the new narration is much longer than the scene, the app recommends a new recording.

Every plan includes credits per month, valid for 90 days. You buy credit packs when needed; they are valid for 12 months. A new minute costs 100 credits, an additional language 30, an update with the same script 20. An exploration costs a base price per source (50 credits for a website, 100 for a web app) plus 20 credits per started 10 pages read or 60 per area explored. Klickdemo counts the source first, free of charge, and shows you the price; a new exploration reads only new or changed pages. The balance that expires first is always used first.

If the fault is ours, the run costs 0 credits and is retried automatically. If it is on your application's side (login fails, bot protection), you pay at most 50 credits, and once per project it is free. Within 7 days you get a re-recording at the price of an update, free in case of a quality defect.

All prices are net plus VAT. Klickdemo is offered to businesses only; at sign-up you confirm that you act as a business. EU businesses with a valid VAT ID pay under the reverse-charge procedure.

No. From the Starter plan on, team members are unlimited and free, with the roles owner, admin, editor and reviewer. You pay only for what gets rendered.

Monthly plans can be cancelled monthly; yearly plans run for one year and equal ten monthly prices. After a plan ends, your videos stay fully usable for 90 days, including downloads; after that embeds and share links are switched off, and after another 90 days we delete the content. We remind you by e-mail beforehand; a new plan stops the clock. Pack credits remain valid until they expire.

Enterprise comes as an individual quote with an annual contract. The price per credit depends on the volume you need each month. You can pay by card or on invoice. In the quote you also choose services such as white label, an onboarding session or a personal contact. The credit rates for individual operations are the same as in every plan.
