For public websites Klickdemo needs no credentials: you name the address, the agent explores the pages, records content and paths and proposes a script. Recording happens on the real page, with cursor, zoom and narrator.

You need the right to do so: for your own website that is clear; for other sites you need the operator's permission and must follow its terms of use.
How is this different from a website as a knowledge source?
As the main source the website is explored and recorded. As an extra knowledge source Klickdemo only reads its text, such as a help centre, so the agent understands your product better; it is not recorded then.
